1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, information product, or good from Delmora, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use our offerings.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Legal Services for Real Estate Agents

Includes consultation, contract drafting, title review, regulatory compliance, and related legal support.

2.2 Information Products

Includes digital guides, video courses, and webinars on legal best practices for real estate agents.

2.3 Goods

Includes printed templates, forms, and manuals sold as physical items.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due before delivery of the chosen offering. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and online payment systems. Delmora may update accepted methods at any time.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Legal Services

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a full fee refund will be issued to the payment method used. You may reschedule the service once within six months of the original date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a fee refund or rescheduling.

4.2 Information Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, information products are not eligible for fee refunds after the download link has been accessed. If the product is defective or fails to meet the described specifications, contact us within seven days for a corrected version or partial fee credit.

4.3 Goods

Unused and unopened goods may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Once received and inspected, a full fee refund will be provided within 14 days to the payment method used. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for shipment back or fee refund.
